Privacy Policy for Martial Lords

Effective Date: [04/10/2025]

This Privacy Policy explains how Martial Lords (“the Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles user information when you play the Game on your device. By using the Game, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We value your trust and are committed to ensuring transparency in how data is handled.

1. Definitions

For clarity, here are some terms used in this policy:

  • Personal Information: Any information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
  • Non-Personal Information: Information that does not directly identify you, such as device model, operating system version, or general usage statistics.
  • Third-Party Services: External companies or tools integrated into the Game (such as advertising providers) that may collect information independently of us.
  • Children: For the purposes of this policy, “children” means individuals under the age of 13, or under 16 in regions where stricter laws apply.

2. Information We Collect

We designed Martial Lords to respect your privacy. We do not collect or store:

  • Personal Information (name, email, phone number, login details).
  • Device-specific information (such as model, operating system version, IP address, advertising ID).
  • Location data (GPS or approximate location).
  • Camera, microphone, or storage access.
  • Gameplay data, analytics, or crash reports.

The only data that may be processed comes from third-party advertising services integrated into the Game (see Section 4).

3. Purpose of Data Use

Since we do not collect personal information ourselves, we do not use, process, or retain such data.

However, third-party advertising services may process limited non-personal data to:

  • Display ads in the Game.
  • Control the frequency of ads shown.
  • Prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Serve contextually relevant (or, where allowed, personalized) ads.

4. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates Google AdMob for advertising purposes.

  • AdMob may collect non-personal information such as device identifiers, interactions with ads, and performance data.
  • This data helps provide ads, ensure ad quality, and prevent misuse.

For more details, please review Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not use analytics tools, social media SDKs, or other third-party services.

5. Children’s Privacy

Martial Lords is accessible to children. To comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  • Ads shown to children will be non-personalized in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided personal information, they should contact us at reamplyfied@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. Data Sharing and Retention

  • We do not share personal data with third parties, except for advertising services mentioned above.
  • We do not retain user data ourselves. Any information processed by third-party services is subject to their own retention policies.

7. User Rights and Choices

Because Martial Lords does not collect personal data directly, most user rights (such as access, correction, or deletion of personal data) are not applicable.

However, you have the following choices:

  • Opt-Out of Ads: You may remove ads entirely by purchasing the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase.
  • Device Controls: You can adjust your device’s advertising settings to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updates are made:

  • The “Effective Date” at the top will be revised.
  • A new version will be published at the same URL.

We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed.
